The essential obligation of every Muslim or believer is to make Islam (the Qur’an and the Sunnah) the only way or rule of life (the way of life). Therefore the rules of life (the Qur’an and the Sunnah) must be understood, internalized, practiced fully and thoroughly in family life and community. The aim is for Islam to be a blessing for every individual Muslim as well as welfare for humans in general in accordance with the ideal Islamic treatise (rahmatan lil’alamin).
Efforts made through the world of education are with the principle of lifelong education (from the womb to death). Every conception of education always rests on basic views or assumptions about humans. Where did the man come from, for what he was created and where next. Children are the mandate of Allah SWT to parents, if ignored it will be disastrous, and if educated will be an investment. Because children are the mandate of Allah SWT, then all educational activities must be in accordance with the will of God in creating and mandating them or the same as the purpose of a Muslim’s life, namely worshiping and worshiping only to Allah SWT.
